When an application is using the Logitech QuickCam Communicate STX
webcam, no activity light is being lit on the camera.
I tried Ekiga and a flash based camera website (www.mebeam.com). I'm
using Ubuntu 8.04.

The gspca package has been removed from Debian so we are closing
the bugs that were still opened against it.

this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.
