The GNOME HIG state that a submenu should have at least three items 
before being used.  I use submenus for the Games menu, but I only have 
one SportsGame - xmoto.  In fact I don't know if Debian has others.   
Since this is likely to be a common scenario I suggest that the .desktop 
files should additionally have the category ArcadeGame so that if using 
submenus but not a lot of sport's games, xmoto still ends up in a 
submenu.

Sorry about that.  I realized that SportsGame is perfectly fine and that 
I just needed to edit the menu that does the submenus.
