states that beagle optionally uses ionice in
/etc/cron.daily/beagle-crawl-system.

Ubuntu decided to resolve this by adding a Suggests: schedutils
to at least hint to the user that they would get some benefit
from installing it. Note that lenny now has no schedutils package,
with util-linux providing it instead, so you may wish to depend
directly on that.
