Installing dia drags in dia-common as dependency. Apt-get tries to
install it and produces:

upgrading libgconf to 4_2.20.1-2+b1 fixes the problem.
Solution: fix dia-common dependencies to include appropriate libgconf2.

Btw. wouldn't it be better to just suggest gconf2 instead of
depending on it? I can not see, that dia really would use gconf.

Hi,
dia only depends indirectly on libgconf2 (via another dependency). And
the current problem is only in an intermediary libgconf2 version, never
officially released in a stable Debian version.
Therefore, we don't need to change dependencies.
However, I will let this bug open until after the next release for
people possibly encountering the same problem again.
