Hi,

what's the status of this bug? I'm asking this because it's blocking my
ITP (#440835), since Sonic Visualiser Build-Depends on this.

If you are not interested anymore, I would be happy to take it over.

Thanks,

Thanks, the packages are ready, I'm just waiting for Vamp Plugin SDK to
go through NEW, since it's a Build-Depends for Rubber Band.

Unfortunately I must inform you that Vamp SDK is currently FTBFS because
of gcc4.3 transition, so it's essentially unusable. I didn't plan to fix
this bug in the Debian diff, since according to the author, a fresh
release is on the way; however, Albin Tonnerre signaled his intention to
NMU it, fixing the FTBFS bug, and I welcomed his efforts to do so.

See bugs #482571 and #483321.

These bugs must fixed first, since Vamp is a Build-Depends for Rubber Band.

It seems both bugs have been fixed now. Are there other show-stoppers
for the upload?

Also if you have the source package of rubberband around, would you
point me to it? I would like to use to prepare a new upload of ardour,
and the new maintainer queue can take a bit.. In the meantime I could
start working at it, so the upload will be ready by the time
rubberband gets accepted.

Thanks,

Free
