Application that use iceown-xpcom pkgconfig file fails to build because
this pkg-config file requires nspr.pc which is in libnspr4-dev.
Please make a dependency on it.

I ran into the same problem, took me soem time to
figure out what the problem is.

Please add a dependency to libnspr4-dev.

When you look at:
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/icedove-js.pc
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/icedove-plugins.pc
/usr/lib/pkgconfig/icedove-xpcom.pc

you can see that they all depend on:
"Requires: nspr >= 4.7.0"

This pkg-config file is provided by the Debian
package: libnspr4-dev.
