      + Use dh_icons instead dh_iconcache.

Hi!

I don't know if you know, but ... dh_iconcache is a ubuntu specific thing. 

and the change in the maintainer field is because of the first change.  I will 
let Ana wontfix this.

Hi

Instead of dh_iconcache, Ubuntu now uses dh_icons, which is also in use in
debian, so this is no longer an ubuntu-specific change.
