When trying to view LaTeX docs from kile, it looks for them in
$DIR/latex/latex2e-html/, where $DIR is by default
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc. However, the installed documentation is in
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/english/latex2e-html/ so i can't set Kile to see it.

Hello,

this bug is due to the fact that version 1.9.x does not support texlive paths 
for the help.
This is fixed in the upcoming version 2.0.
