Please use the tags properly, they should be delimited by blank space,
also there is no tag called 'wishlist', that's a severity.

The Vietnames translation was actually included in version 1.1-1 of
silc-server. So I am closing this bug.
Your work on the translations has been uncredited in the changelog and
please accept my apologies for that.
