Installing dvi2ps-fontdata-a2n causes the following to happen:

$ dvipdfmx debianmeetingresume2005-fuyu.dvi 
debianmeetingresume2005-fuyu.dvi -> debianmeetingresume2005-fuyu.pdf

mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for dgjsy10.
