Hi,

since I want to use the API extension from debian/patches without
losing compatibility with upstream it would be nice to have a
possibility to check whether the Pango SDL library has support for
it or not.

The simplest way is to define macros similar to:
PANGOSDL_HAVE_FUNCTION_...

Otherwise I have to write autoconf macros to test it (and to switch to
autotools first:-)
