nginx 0.6.x is unstale / development branch and probably should not
be used in production.
Latest stable release is nginx 0.5.31

I don't think it's a good idea to use nginx 0.6 -- at least not now. I
might upload 0.6 to experimental in the near future (I'm not a DD yet,
so I have to discuss it with my sponsors and so on)
OTOH, nginx moves very quickly (unless Igor's on vacation, of course)
and it makes very little sense to follow its pace of development, since
sometimes releases are made within less than a week.
I will mark this as pending -- meaning I will wait a little bit and then
I will upload the latest 0.5 upstream.
Jose

thanks
Hi,
I've prepared a patch for the new upstream release and it closes all the
open bugs for the nginx debian package. I'm using the resulting package in
my production environment and everything is working, but feel free to
change and adapt it to your needs.
Also, if you need help, I'm willing to help maintaining the package and/or
acting as a sponsor (if you are not a Debian maintainer, I'm not sure).
Thanks,
