cjk build-depends on libkpathsea4-dev, which has been
replaced with libkpathsea-dev in texlive. Please update
build-dependency to match,  as it seems sbuild gets's
sometimes confused because of thise.

I already uploaded a new source package to my sponsor, but he hasn't had time
yet to upload it to Debian.
