When the download manager window is used (opened ,focused, moved,
resized, scrolled, clicked) iceape cpu usage go near 100%, and all
computer is slowed down.

"unknown file size" ?

The usage is proportional to the number of entries in the download
window, even if they are finished download. It seems that unknow file
size download doesn't matter.
