Yeah; I've already fixed this by removing the redirect so that
soap.cgi is now being served directly off of bugs.debian.org. [That
machine has gone down for some reason, and I won't be able to bring it
up until wednesday.]

It should be visible fixed as soon as apache on rietz is reloaded.
[I've asked Ryan Murray to do that; not sure if he'll have time or if
the logrotate reload will catch it first.]
