Message #5 received at submit@bugs.debian.org (full text, mbox, reply):
Package: grub
Version: 0.97-23
Severity: normal
The grep color option is enabled in my bashrc as :
export GREP_OPTIONS='--color=always'
Updating the grub package I had the following error.
Removing the color option and run the script again solved the problem
Thanks
Running postinst hook script /usr/sbin/update-grub.

You should *never* use --color=always. Use --color=auto instead. I would
expect breakage not only in grub, but in many other parts of the system.
Anibal, would you consider disabling this option in grep?
