hi,

both zope2.9 and zope2.9-sandbox  ship
`/usr/share/doc/zope2.9/README.Debian.gz'  but do not conflict or add a
diversion, thus fail to be installed on the same environment: 

Unpacking zope2.9-sandbox (from .../zope2.9-sandbox_2.9.6-1_all.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/zope2.9-sandbox_2.9.6-1_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/doc/zope2.9/README.Debian.gz', which is
also in package zope2.9
