The file debian/copyright in the package at mentors contains this:

gtkradiant.conf was downloaded from: http://www.clanopener.com/catalyc/trem.game_1.5.zip
tremulous.conf was downloaded from: http://tremulous.net/users/jex/radical/common_files.zip

The file trem.game_1.5.zip contains, as far as I can see, no copyright
and license information that would allow this file to be distributed by
Debian, not even in the non-free section.
