The current maintainer of emacs-color-themes, Basil Shubin <bashu@surgut.ru>,
is apparently not active anymore.  Therefore, I orphan this package now.

If you want to be the new maintainer, please take it -- see

instructions how to adopt a package properly.

Acording to #334647, and as confirmed by the description of
emacs-goodies-el, emacs-color-themes is included in that package since
2005-10-26. Please take that into account if you intend to adopt this
package.
