Yes, confirmed here. Also the new 4.4.4-6 from incoming indeed resolves

Could we have your configuration and sample script which crashes
apache2? We will try to find LFS error and fix it, so we can have
LFS-enabled PHP4 in etch.

I'm using the pristine default configuration file; it's reproducible
after a purge+install cycle.
No specific script crashes - any request to the server, be it a static
file or PHP script, crashes apache with the mentioned segfault.
I'm using reportbug to followup to maybe give you some more information.
