debtags-edit crashes when saving a debtags patch (see
#391575: debtags-edit: Crash when saving the diff). Its caused
by an bug in packagetags.cpp, see attached patch.
Set to "important" because it makes debtags-edit basically
unusable and could cause some frustration if users
edit tags and then loose their work.
