Hi,

As the maintainer of mozilla-locale-no-nb, I request that it's being
removed from the archive, as mozilla is now obsolete and this package
has no useful function without it.

unstable and will automatically remove packages which were removed
from unstable when removing them from testing causes no dependency
problems.

was superseded by another one.
