Hello, I orphan this package now because upstream is dead for a long time
and i don't use this package anymore. If anyone wants to maintain it, just
pick it up, but I think there are alternatives to it and it should maybe
better be removed (i will file a RM bug in 2 months if noone wants the
package)

The package description is:
 August is a Tcl/Tk HTML editor with interesting features. It is not WYSIWYG
 but is very useful for developing HTML pages and has a lot of buttons and
 menus. This tool works well on every machine - just no bugs.
