     - Bump up debhelper build-dep to >= 5.0.37.2.
     - Declare dh_python compatibility level to 2.
     - Bump up python-all-dev build-dep to >= 2.3.5-11.
     - Call pyversions without an explicit control file.
     - Bump up python-central build-dep to >= 0.4.17.
   * Add autotools-dev to build-deps for config.guess / .sub updates.
   * Drop useless debian/dirs.
   * Update list of authors and copyright holders and include full license
     blob.
   * Misc cleanups.
