The Debian build of azureus seems to be missing some of the
features of the official build. While I have not yet taken the
time to find all of the missing features, I can confirm that
the Console UI option is missing from the Debian package. The
entire portion of the jar tree for the console UI is missing.
(org.gudy.azureus2.ui.console)

Particularly in a Debian package, where so many of our users
are very comfortable with the command line, and prefer to do
many things without a GUI, this seems like a rather major
oversight.

This bug is due to the Debian package launching
org.gudy.azureus2.ui.swt.Main instead of
org.gudy.azureus2.ui.common.Main. The following command is a work
around.

/usr/share/java$ java -classpath
Azureus2.jar:commons-cli.jar:log4j-1.2.jar:seda.jar:swt.jar
org.gudy.azureus2.ui.common.Main --ui=console
