Why doesn't he do so himself? Removals should typically be requested by
the maintainer, or in case of inactive maintainers or so, by QA.

FWIW, both of these packages are obsolete, redundant, and uninstallable
because they haven't been updated for the gnustep ABI transition.  They're
being removed from testing shortly, and should definitely be removed from
unstable as well.
