Subject: grass-doc: manpage NAME sections often too long
Date: Fri, 02 Dec 2005 00:57:11 +0800
Package: grass-doc
Version: 6.0.1-1
Severity: wishlist
These should not be so long as to wrap on the screen. The worst
offenders are:
$ apropos -s 1grass .|perl -nlwe 'print length'|sort -rn|uniq -c
1 472
1 345
1 342 ...
They should be like
$ apropos -e cat
cat (1) - concatenate files and print on the standard output
nice and compact.

This looks WAY better now:

Can you re-run the apropos command?
apropos -s 1grass .|perl -nlwe 'print length'|sort -rn|uniq -c

For grass64 & grass70 it looks much better too.
I think we can consider this fixed since squeeze.
