md5auth/README says Copyrights in md5auth/* does not clear.
But reading md5auth/md5c.c, hmac_md5.c, I think these are free
because md5c.c is already applied to *BSD's source code and hmac_md5.c
is just implemented from RFC specifications.

But to make it things easy, I rewrite them by Gnulib code(just taken from it)
and add some modifications to apply to ssmtp.c, which are in attachment.
These code can redistribute under GPL or LGPL. So no problem cannot be
