Subject: autopartkit: Forgets the size of disk
Date: Sun, 14 Aug 2005 16:21:13 +0200
[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Package: autopartkit
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Version 1.10

I Downloaded the daily built businesscard.iso, and included it on a
custom build CD with the udebs of debian-edu, which uses autopartkit.

not sure what happens, but autopartkit seems to detect the correct size
of the disk, 6192 MB
Then it starts to add 441 MB /
and then suddenly is adding 7159 MB for lvm group vg_system, and 7014
for lvm group vg_data

441+7159+7014 does not fit in 6192 :(

Subject: autopartkit has been removed from Debian, closing #323067
Date: Wed, 23 Apr 2008 01:30:05 +0100
Version: 1.30+rm

The autopartkit package has been removed from Debian testing, unstable and
experimental, so I am now closing the bugs that were still opened
against it.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/473148 . That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed, and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
