hi, on this machine (sparc) i can't link against libcurl. for eample, 
if take this trivial program:

 #include <curl/curl.h>
 #include <curl/types.h>
 #include <curl/easy.h>

 int main() {
	curl_global_init(CURL_GLOBAL_ALL);
 }

and run "gcc -o test test.c -lcurl" on it, i get:

 /usr/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-linux/3.3.4/../../../../lib/libcurl.so: undefined
 reference to `tld_strerror'
 /usr/lib/gcc-lib/sparc-linux/3.3.4/../../../../lib/libcurl.so: undefined
 reference to `idna_strerror'
 collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

on my other machine (i386) this works!

it is a bug of libidn11, whose shlibs should be changed to libidn11 (>= 0.5.13).
