When using devfs-style device names with udev, mdadm 1.9.0 complains:

  mdadm: --auto=yes requires a 'standard' md device name, not /dev/md/0

/dev/md/* names are supposed to be standard, though.

This is a trivial bug in the is_standard() function. Here's a patch,
please apply:
