Hi, when doing  zgv file.png (as well as usere as root), it still says
"svgalib: Failed to initialize mous" while I'm absolutely not using any
mouse;
I did edited /etc/vga/libvga.config to set  mouse none,
but it seem it is a bug in the 1.4 series of svgalib.
This is an extract of the mail Matan (from svgalib.org) wrote to me:

"This bug is fixed in recent release of svgalib 1.9 series.
The 1.4 is not maintained anymore. If you want to fix it yourself in
1.4.3, just add
if(mouse_type != MOUSE_NONE )

before the printf (line 4388 of vga.c).

Hope this helps to fix the bug asap so a new .deb may soon be posted.
