is apparently not active anymore. Therefore, I orphan this package

Note that aegis-web relies heavily on cgi-bin support, so web servers
that do not support cgi-bin will not work with aegis-web. These other
browsers can still be installed on the system, but a cgi capable web
must also be installed.
Justification: No activity since 2003, doesn't respond to ping
