Subject: websvn: errors in utf-8 - html_entity_decode() error
Date: Thu, 26 Aug 2004 22:38:37 +0200
Package: websvn
Version: 1.50-2
Severity: normal

Due this bug in php 4.3
http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=25670
if you set output to utf-8 every page starts with 400 lines of the same error:
"Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in"

As log as we have only 4.3 version of php, maybe we
should use some workaround, as proposed on above link?
