I would adopt it if I could get a sponsor for it.  I tried (in vain) a
few times, then sort of gave up.  If there's another adopter willing to
do so, then that would be fine by me.

I'm afraid I can't find any record of your RFS.  Did you follow the
procedure outlined in the debian-mentors FAQ? [1]  If not, please give
it another go.
