It would be quite nice if grip had a way to set up default answers (yes/no)
to some questions like the questions that one sees before ripping an entire
disk without selecting any tracks (I always do that and the dialog always
appear) or the question/warning that submitted entries to CDDB will be sent
via e-mail.
