Hi.

It would be nice if w3m supported IDN URLs, as specified in RFC 3490-92.
Mozilla seems to support these already. For example, take a look at the
link on:

http://the.earth.li/~noodles/bio.html

w3m renders this correctly, but doesn't do the conversion to
xn--k4h.earth.li when trying to access the URL.

I /think/ the support should already exist within w3m to deal with this,
it just needs to be enabled and built with idnkit, bicbw.
