	i can't reproduce this problem at all with today's sid.
Are you sure you are not pulling in some packages from experimental that
might lead to the FTBFS?

I just figured it out. You need to use autoconf2.50 instead of autoconf 
(or Build-Conflict: autoconf2.13) and use aclocal-1.7 and automake-1.7 
instead of just aclocal and automake.

Hi Ivo,
	i think the best way to fix this problem is to avoid using the
auto* at build time. Here is a patch that you can apply to fix the bug:

http://we.give.back.to.debian.even.if.we.have.no-name-yet.com/patches/gnutls10.257237.diff

It updates all the required files with aclocal-1.7 & Co., reduces the
build-deps accordingly and it does not run any auto* at build time, saving
time on buildd and avoid possible FTBFS like this one.
