Severity: normal
The following source packages have debs, dsc, diff.gz, but no tarball in
the debian archive. I checked sid and sarge (noticed the problem while
running debmirror), and have verified the missing files on newraff.
commons-logging 1.0.3
cyrus-imapd 1.5.19
junit 3.8.1
libcommons-discovery-java 0.2

Checking again, junit is fixed thanks to a new upstream release. The
others remain broken, and two of them (libcommons-discovery-java and
cyrus-imapd) are in sarge. commons-logging seems to be missing any
binaries as well as any sources; only the dsc and diff are in the
archive. I'm upgrading the bug priority to release critical; we cannot
release sarge with missing sources.
I also reran the mirror that led to me noticing these missing sources,
and it looks like at least no other sources have gone missing.

So what's the procedure for replacing the missing files? I've still got the
.orig.tar.gz for cyrus-imapd here if it needs to be reinserted somewhere.

Just to follow up again, it looks like these are due to packages moving
from non-free to main or back or the like. There is a
cyrus-imapd_1.5.19.orig.tar.gz in the non-free pool, while the rest of
the package is in main. commons-logging and libcommons-discovery-java
have tarballs in contrib and sources in main. And junit used to be in
contrib before moving to main.
apt-get source is still broken, and there's still the posibility we'll
produce source CDs that are missing some of these packages unless it's
fixed. I'll leave the bug at RC pending ftp-master's reaction.

Aha. Yep, cyrus-imapd moved from non-free to main after what appears to
have been a licence change as of 1.5.19-5. I presume that the migration
just wasn't done completely.

All of these source-not-in-same-dir and extra files lying around bugs have now
been fixed in the master archive, and will be visible on the mirrors after
tomorrow's mirror pulse.
