I intend to orphan the race package.

The package description is:
 Race is a 3D racing game where you compete against computer opponents.
 The objective is to finish first. The setting is mostly off-road.
 .
 This package contains the executable.

The current race package cannot be built anymore, there is a new
upstream version of it, but it depends on CVS versions of libclanlib
and libode. It appears there is no more development; the last real email
posted to the race mailinglist was from me asking whether the project
was dead, no other emails have appeared on the mailing list except spam.

If someone wants to take over this package and revive it, go ahead.
If noone does within a month or so I'll ask ftp-master to remove this
package from the archive.

This package has now been removed from Debian because nobody was
interested in maintaining it; see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/06/msg00014.html
for more information.
