libdvdnav build-depends on automake and does not use AM_MAINTAINER_MODE
this is a recipe for FTBFS.

Same error on amd64:

ke-1.7 --gnu Makefile

E|9.90|configure.ac:62: aclocal.m4 with aclocal and run automake again.

You should convert this package over to use autotools-dev for a current
config.guess and not run automake/autoconf during build.

The previous mail suggested not Build-Depending on automake but if you
go that way you have to Build-Conflict automake to get automake purged if
its still installed from some previous build.

Hi,
a fix for this bug can be downloaded here:

http://we.give.back.to.debian.even.if.we.have.no-name-yet.com/patches/libdvdnav.249189.diff.bz2

It switches the package to use AM_MAINTAINER_MODE. Feel free to skip the
changes to debian/control and changelog that i used to test the fixes.

Thanks
Fabio
