Ernesto,
You don't seem to understand our BTS fully. You cannot close a bug by
reporting a new one.
See the documentation linked from http://bugs.debian.org, and in this
case, you might also want to check out the developers reference on
'properly adopting a package'.
Please close 189809 only when a new package is in the archive, f.e. by
closing it in the changelog entry.
Please also don't forget to close this bug.
