Nice, thank you. Maybe there are already some fixes in the recently
released next upstream version, found in
http://www.go-mono.com/archive/mono-0.31.tar.gz

Sadly, while hppa_atomic.s was pretty easy (although it needed to be renamed
to hppa_atomic.S (so that gcc would invoke cpp), arch/hppa/tramp.c is a bit
more work... (parisc-linux requires that 32-bit support be added for hppa.)
I've attached a diff for hppa_atomic.S, but it still dies in tramp.c, and
that'll be a bit [10-200 days :-(] before I get to it.
Applying the attached diff and removing hppa_atomic.s should still produce
a working mono on hp-ux, but I don't currently have access to an hp-ux
machine with enough stuff on it to build mono. Please scream if the patch
breaks hp-ux.

mono doesn't have any hppa version in the archive, so this seems
non-release-critical.
