Hello Brian & Co.

I've had a look at it and the changes from the current package are
minimal. That means you copy over the debian/ directory to the untarred
udpcast release, patch the Makefile, rename the tgz to orig.tar.gz make a
last quick xxdiff over both trees and issue a debuild or similar. Why am I
saying this? Because I'm one of those who's main gpg key was ElGamal and
so I have revoked it and should no longer be able to upload.

If you care to do an NMU that would be fine with me, I can even provide
you with the whole thing packed up, you'll only need to untar and debuild
it.
