Hi.

I grabbed tv listings today, October 26, but said listings were one
hour off.

Example:

  <programme start="20031026134000 CET" stop="20031026140500 CET" showview="2767
0930" channel="7.dagenstv.com">
    <title>Kemi i köket</title>
    <desc>Kött. Lär dig mer om kemin i rött och vitt kött när Heston Blumenthal 
avfärdar myten om att smaken förseglas när man bryner kött.</desc>
  </programme>

Yet both the newspaper, empirical observation as well as the
screen-scrape source (dagenstv.com) shows the correct times of
1240-1305.

I'll try grabbing again after midnight and see if the problems persist,
or if they're only reproducible on a DST-rollover day.

The same time-offset warping is seen on tomorrow's listings as well.

The new XMLTV release 0.5.20 is supposed to fix your daylight-savings
problem.  My upload later tonite will close the bug.  If you still see
