This package does not work with php4 versions lower than 4.3.0, because of
changes in the API (the addition of streams).  This means that it cannot
be used with php4 4.2.3-11, so it conflict with this version.

   * Redirect apacheconfig I/O to /dev/tty, to work around debconf
