this happend after apt-get upgrade -u, so i think it doesn't depend on
aptitude.

    Need to get 0B/13,4MB of archives.

This is not a bug. This is completely exptected. In order to stop apt, 
apt-listbugs must exit with an error. If we want to erase this error,
apt must provide something to communicate with DPkg::Pre-Install-Pkgs'd
applications.
