hi!

building gtkgl2 has some C++-related linker errors on GNU/Hurd. adding
the -lstdc++ flag in examples/Makefile.am fixed it:

 If that's the case, something else is broken on that architecture.  Fix
 it instead of sending patches to work arround it.

 Hint: libGLU.so.1 should include libstdc++ among its dependencies.  If
 that's not the case, there's your bug.
