Openh323proxy was created as a fork of opengate, because at the time no
openh323 gateways supported proxying.
Since then both opengate and openh323gk has implemented proxying, and
this software is unmaintained upstream and have not worked for awhile.
I suggest dropping the package completely from the archive.
