Subject: isync: daemon mode with persistent connection
Date: Sat, 02 Nov 2002 00:13:28 +0100
Package: isync
Version: 0.8-1
Severity: wishlist
hi :)
i just switched from offlineimap to isync because it uses less
resources while syncing.
there is one feature i still miss in isync:
a 'daemon-mode' which leaves the imap connection open.
isync wouldn't need to do ssl authentication on every run then
thanks

Another wishlist bug report forwarded from the debian BTS.
I also think offlineimap's daemon mode sounds like a useful thing,
though I have not been able to try it.
